What we know about members
  • An account number, generated by us.
  • Which creators you currently support.
  • That your membership is paid through a future date.
What we don't
  • Your name.
  • Your email.
  • Your address, your phone, your card on file.
  • A history of what you've paid, when, or to whom.
  • Your IP beyond a rolling 24-hour abuse window.
  • Anything a subpoena could make meaningful.
If a court asked us tomorrow for your records, we would produce an account number and the creators it currently supports. That is all that exists. Not because we refuse to share it — because we refuse to collect it.

Join without announcing yourself

An account is a number we generate for you. No email, no name, no verification of anything except that you are old enough to be here. Write the number down — it is how you come back.

Pay once a year, discreetly

Memberships are annual. One payment, one statement entry, one year of access. Pay by card or in cryptocurrency. The descriptor on your statement will say Cloak, and nothing else.

Support the creators you came for

Your membership unlocks the creators you chose. If one of them stops producing, the unused portion of your year comes back to you. No forms, no support chat, no argument.

Paid every Friday. No rolling holds, no chargeback reserves, no thirty-day delays. You earned it; you get it.

We keep only what the law requires and we keep it behind split-key custody. No employee touches your ID without multiple sign-offs and an audit log.
The Ring
When you bring another creator onto Cloak, you earn 5% of our platform fee on their work — for as long as you're both here. A quiet way to make the platform yours.

We built Cloak in Toronto, under Canadian law, because a platform that asks you to trust it with something private should be willing to say exactly where it is and who it answers to. We are a federally incorporated Canadian company. We bank here. We pay taxes here. We are, in the end, from somewhere — and we think that matters.
